On July 9, 2026, as part of an official visit to the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Serbia, the Russian-Serbian Humanitarian Center welcomed a delegation from the Republic of Angola, led by Bravo Pereira Mendes, Principal Fire Commissioner and Commander of the Civil Protection and Fire Service of the Ministry of Interior of Angola. Representatives of the Emergency Management Sector of Serbia’s Ministry of Interior also participated in the visit.

The delegation was introduced to the Center’s training facilities, including specialized classrooms for first aid, technical rescue in road traffic accidents, hazardous materials response, and the use of unmanned aerial systems. Guests also visited the humanitarian response warehouse and viewed the Center’s specialized equipment.

At the fire and rescue training ground, the visitors explored the capabilities of the Center’s modern training complexes, designed to prepare firefighters and rescuers for realistic emergency scenarios. They also observed modern firefighting techniques, rescue operations, and methods for responding to various types of emergencies.

At the conclusion of the visit, the Angolan delegation highly praised the Center’s facilities and capabilities, highlighting its strong potential as an international training hub for emergency prevention and response professionals.
