Employees of the Emergency Management Sector MI of Serbia in cooperation with the Russian-Serbian Humanitarian Center (RSHC), delivered and operated a 120 kVA diesel generator for the Specialized Hospital for Rehabilitation in Sijarinska Banja, which houses approximately 150 patients.
The equipment provided by the RSHC ensured an uninterrupted power supply to the medical facility, which was left without power.
A state of emergency was declared in the municipality of Medveža due to heavy rainfall, which caused power outages.
The joint efforts of Serbian rescuers and the Center’s staff helped stabilize the situation and prevent potential threats to public health and safety.
