On October 7, an Open Day was held at the RSHC for pupils and teachers of the Russian School at the Russian Embassy in Belgrade. The Center staff briefed the guests on the RSHC’s activities and work, and showed them specialized classrooms and training simulators.
The young guests had the opportunity not only to become familiar with the capabilities of firefighting and rescue equipment but also to test it out by trying on a firefighter uniform, extinguishing a fire on a simulator, transporting a victim using a tripod and stretcher, and providing first aid.
The “Shturm” and “Labyrinth” simulators, which the children “overcame” together with the Center’s instructors, were of particular interest.
