The President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic awarded Vlada Plemic, Deputy Director for Training of the Russian-Serbian Humanitarian Center, the First Class Order of Merit for Defence and Security for his exemplary and honourable performance of duties and tasks in the field of defence and security, as well as for the exceptional courage he demonstrated during the firefighting operations in the Deliblato Sands.
