At the invitation of the scout group “Zavicaj 1093” Vranje, from February 16 to 19, 2023, representatives of the Russian-Serbian Humanitarian Center took part in training and activities of the winter camp in Besna Kobila mountainous area.
Together with the scouts, a winter camp was set up, and first aid classes were held. Participants practiced transporting the victim in various ways were practiced, as well as searching for people who were under the snow after an avalanche.
