RSHC representatives took part in presentations at the International Scientific and Practical Conferences dedicated to World Civil Defense Day, “Civil Defense for the Guard of Peace and Security” and “Prevention. Rescue. Help”, held at the Academy of the State Fire Service and Academy of Civil Defense of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia.
During the presentations, the RSHC speaker provided information about international methodological approaches to creating automated control systems in emergencies at the city level, responding to man-made emergencies at potentially hazardous facilities, developing public warning systems, organizing civil defense, and protecting the population and territories.
