From March 24 to 28, 2025, the International Civil Defence Organization’s “Basics of Work of Smoke Divers in a Fire” course was held at the Russian-Serbian Humanitarian Center for firefighters-rescuers of Emergency Management Sector of the Ministry of Interior of Serbia.
The firefighters were introduced to the “Tactical City” training complex. On the Center simulators, they practiced techniques using isolation devices, thermal imaging cameras, techniques for finding victims and fire sources, first aid providing in case of injury to firefighters during interventions, same as different ways of installing pressure hoses.
All participants were awarded certificates from the International Civil Defense Organization.
