From June 13 to 17, the second certified course of the International Civil Defence Organization on the topic Basic operation of smoke divers in a fire” was held at the Russian-Serbian Humanitarian Center. Specialists of emergency services from Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, and the Kyrgyz Republic came for the training.
The training program included theoretical and practical training at the simulator “Sturm”, upgrade of working skills in a closed smoky room according to various scenarios, which provides orientation in smoke, breathing in breathing apparatus, control of the air consumption, search for the victim. All participants completed the training and received certificates.
