From September 4 to 8, at the invitation of the Tivat Municipality Protection Service (Montenegro), the representatives of the Russian-Serbian Humanitarian Center conducted a joint exercise with local firefighters-rescuers and volunteer firefighters.
Several training points were practiced: field camp deployment, basic first aid, and transporting a victim on a stretcher in the mountains using alpinist equipment. The basics and operating principles of the newest compressed air breathing apparatus, the use of universal rescue loops, and methods of vertical and horizontal transportation of victims in a fire were also demonstrated and trained.
