From March 31 to April 4, 2025, the Russian-Serbian Humanitarian Center, in cooperation with professors from the Civil Defense Academy of EMERCOM of Russia, conducted a distance learning course on the topic: “Organization of evacuation of population, material and cultural values to safe areas” for 10 representatives of the Emergency Management Sector of the Ministry of Interior of Serbia.
