The Third Memorial Conference, a significant event dedicated to the memory of Predrag Maric, the first head of the Emergency Management Sector of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Serbia, provided an ideal platform for the Center’s presentation. The panel on ‘New technologies and management of emergencies – comparative experiences’ was the perfect setting for the Center’s discussion on ‘Digital modeling of emergencies and new technologies in risk management.’
Experts from the leading universities of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia (St. Petersburg University of the State Fire Service, Ivanovo Academy of the State Fire Service, Ural Institute of the State Fire Service), representatives of the Academy of Civil Protection of the Ministry of Emergencies of the Republic of Belarus, and CIMA University from Savona, Italy, held presentations via video conference connection within the panel.
