On May 24, in Belgrade, with the support of the Emergency Management Sector of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Serbia and the Russian-Serbian Humanitarian Center, a visit to the New Belgrade fire-rescue unit was organized for the pupils of the lower grades of the school at the Embassy of Russia.
The students and their teachers saw how the fire service’s work is organized, got acquainted with the equipment in the fire truck, and learned new facts about firefighters. They also got the chance to try on helmets, protective clothing, and other equipment to feel like real firefighters.
