At the invitation of the Civil Protection Administration of the Republic of Srpska (BiH), on October 31, Center staff participated as observers in the “Rescue in Swift Water and Floods under the Rescue 3 Europe System” exercises, which took place at the Rafting Center “Canyon” in Banja Luka.
