On December 9, the Russian-Serbian Humanitarian Center took part in the conference of members of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) via videoconferencing. Participants from 11 member-states delivered topical reports on the development and improvement of interaction in emergencies in the Black Sea region and the South Balkans.
