From February 5 to 9, at the Russian-Serbian Humanitarian Center, professors of the St. Petersburg University of the State Fire Service of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia conducted a distance learning course on the topic: “Search and rescue operations in flood conditions” for 15 employees of the Emergency Management Sector of the Ministry of Interior of Serbia.
