From 19 to 23 September, the third certified training course of the International Civil Protection Organization (ICDO) on the topic: “Basics of traffic accidents rescue” was held at the Russian-Serbian Humanitarian Center. Emergency responders from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Cyprus, Oman, Algeria and Pakistan attended the training.
The course program included both a theoretical part and practical exercises at the training ground with the developing skills of cutting, opening the vehicle, and methods of rescuing and extracting victims from the car.
All participants completed the course and received ICDO international certificates.
