The Russian-Serbian Humanitarian Center held the first training this year for eight members of the industrial firefighting unit from the company ELIXIR GROUP from April 7 to 11 on the topic of “Basics of rescue at height,” focused on enhancing participants’ existing skills.
During the course, attendees refreshed knowledge gained in the basic training and advanced their understanding of hydraulic rescue tools, techniques for lowering rescuers using mountaineering equipment, and constructing systems for evacuating injured individuals. Practical exercises included simulated rescues from height and first aid.
