From September 4 to 8, RSHC, in cooperation with professors of the St. Petersburg University of the State Fire Service of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia, conducted a distance learning course on the topic “Search and rescue operations on mountain rivers” for 15 representatives of the Emergency Management Sector of the Ministry of Interior of Serbia.
