On November 15th and 16th, the Center’s instructors held a training on the topic: “Providing First Aid” for licensed guides – members of the Mountaineering Association of Serbia, at the Povlen Mountaineering Lodge near Valjevo. The participants acquired basic knowledge in providing first aid, resuscitation using an automatic defibrillator, stopping bleeding and immobilizing the injured, with an emphasis on the use of improvised means.
