On August 11, a delegation from Belarus headed by First Deputy Chairman of the Novopolotsk City Executive Committee Sergey Semenichev visited the Russian-Serbian Humanitarian Center. The guests got acquainted with the history of the establishment and growth of RSHC, its training, and its material and technical capabilities.
Representatives of the Novopolotsk city administration and the Center leadership laid wreaths at the monument to the Soviet soldiers killed in the Nis incident during the Second World War.
The Belarus colleagues’ visit took place in the framework of the Glory celebration of Pantelej Municipality in the city of Nis, during which the Belarusian-Serbian friendship society “Brotherhood” was opened.
