On April 2, 2026, a delegation of the International Civil Defence Organization (ICDO), led by the Secretary General Mr. Arguj Kalantarli, paid a working visit to the Russian-Serbian Humanitarian Center (RSHC).

During the visit, the delegation was introduced to the Center’s capabilities, including its technical resources, specialized training facilities, and the fire and rescue training ground. Guests also observed training simulators in action, as courses were being conducted at the time of the visit.

A working meeting followed, where participants discussed current activities, opportunities for strengthening cooperation, and further development of relations between RSHC and ICDO. Particular emphasis was placed on the Center’s role as a regional hub for training, logistics support, and the delivery of specialized emergency response programs.

During the meeting, the commitment to deepening long-term cooperation and confidence in the continued development of mutually beneficial collaboration in the field of civil protection were reaffirmed.
