On May 30, a theoretical and practical training session on wildland firefighting was organized by the volunteer fire brigade Matica Subotica.
The event brought together members of the Subotica Fire and Rescue Unit, volunteer fire brigades from Subotica, and representatives of the public forestry company Vojvodinasume.
At the invitation of the organizers, representatives of the Russian-Serbian Humanitarian Center delivered thematic lectures and took part in a joint exercise in the Radanovac Forest. During the practical session, participants practiced field operations, navigation in forest environments with limited radio communication, and tactics for combating wildland fires.
Members of the humanitarian association “IHC Humanitarian Team” also joined the exercise alongside the RSHC representatives.
