Activities of the Russian-Serbian Humanitarian Center in 2025

TRAINING & EDUCATION

In 2025, a total of 1 299 participants underwent training, professional development programs, seminars, and practical exercises in the fields of emergency prevention, response and management, first aid, as well as work at height using rope and alpine techniques.

Among the participants were professional and volunteer firefighters-rescuers from firefighting and rescue units of the Emergency Management Sector of the Ministry of Interior of Serbia, as well as employees of NIS, Elixir Group, Airports of Serbia, and the Republic Civil Protection Administration of the Republic of Srpska BiH.

The trainings were also attended by members of organizations officially recognized by the Republic of Serbia as entities of importance to the national protection and rescue system, as well as representatives of other organizations involved in emergencies and urgent events.

USE OF EQUIPMENT AND VEHICLES

A total of 60 units of equipment and vehicles were handed over to the EMS of MI of Serbia, including:

Lada Niva vehicles – 19 units

Firefighting trucks 3.2–40/4 – 10 units

Firefighting trucks 6.0–70/4 – 4 units

Technical intervention vehicles – 4 units

Robotic firefighting complexes MVF-5 – 4 units

Portable water pumps MP-600 “Deva” – 10 units

High-pressure pumps – 5 units

Modular water tanks 25m³ – 2 units

Modular water tanks 50m³ – 2 units

In 2025, the equipment and vehicles of the Russian-Serbian Humanitarian Center that were handed over to the EMS of MI of Serbia were used a total of 2 826 times.

The transferred equipment and vehicles have been deployed throughout the territory of the Republic of Serbia, keeping in mind potential risks of man-made and natural fires, as well as other emergencies.
