From March 16 to 20, the Russian-Serbian Humanitarian Center hosted a five-day training course for 10 firefighters and rescuers of the Emergency Management Sector of the Ministry of Interior of Serbia, with the participation of instructors from the Academy of the State Fire Service EMERCOM of Russia (AGPS). The training focused on “Firefighting and Emergency Rescue Operations Using Tactical Ventilation.”
During the theoretical sessions, participants learned key methods of smoke and gas control during fires, including positive pressure ventilation, hydraulic ventilation, and the use of specialized equipment.
In the practical part, firefighters trained on the “Tactical Town” training complex, applying different ventilation techniques and practicing the evacuation of an injured person using rescue equipment.
Upon completion of the course, participants were awarded certificates issued by the Academy of the State Fire Service of EMERCOM of Russia.
